Over the past few years, I have actively contributed to the planning, organisation, and on-ground execution of multiple large-scale events across cultural, academic, and creative domains. My role has consistently blended coordination, spatial understanding, and hands-on management—allowing me to build strong skills in teamwork, crowd flow planning, communication, and real-time problem-solving.

Key Experiences Include:

• TEDxTDV 2024 & 2025 — Organising & Management Committee
  Contributed to end-to-end event planning, including speaker coordination, spatial setups, backstage management, and ensuring smooth show flow on the event day. Worked closely with design, logistics, and production teams to maintain the identity and experience of 2 TEDxTDV events.

• WDCD India — Stage Manager
  Managed backstage and on-stage operations for the What Design Can Do India event. Oversaw speaker transitions, technical cues, timing, and communication between AV, production, and organisers to maintain a seamless program.

• WorldBuilder Festival by Skillbox — Volunteer
  Assisted in festival coordination, visitor engagement, and managing activity zones. Supported artists and organisers, ensuring smooth movement and experience throughout the multi-zone event.

• Khoj Studios — Exhibition Volunteer
  Helped in curating visitor flow and maintaining the experiential quality of the exhibition Peers Continuum: Relay of Reciprocity. Assisted the curatorial team in spatial coordination, installation upkeep, and public interaction.

• College Events at The Design Village
  Actively participated in organising multiple on-campus events such as:

  • iCan Mixer — an industry introduction and networking event

  • Annual Exhibitions — contributed to space planning, installations, visitor flow, and overall event execution

  • Additional internal events involving décor, logistics, and coordination
