We visited MAKE, Abu Dhabi for winter school that was a 2-week workshop where 1 week was done in Delhi and the second one was done in Abu Dhabi. We took inspiration from local architecture like Jama Masjid (Delhi), Sheikh Zayed Mosque (Abu Dhabi) and Louvre (Abu Dhabi) to iterate forms and create furniture pieces using materials like cement, metal and resin. I explored and learnt about properties of these materials and the correct way to make moulds and cast these different materials. Concluding the workshop, I also assisted in creating a narrative around our whole experience.
