Designed as a residence for a family of four, this project explores the idea of creating a cohesive living environment that balances functionality with aesthetic warmth.

The design is anchored by the thoughtful use of panelling, which serves as a unifying visual and material language throughout the residence. Beyond its decorative role, the panelling introduces rhythm, scale, and tactility, establishing a seamless flow between spaces while adding layers of detail and sophistication. The interplay of textures and finishes brings warmth to the interiors, softening volumes and creating a sense of intimacy within larger spaces such as the lounge.

Attention has also been given to the relationship between private and shared areas, ensuring that each zone has its own character while contributing to an overall narrative of cohesion. The double-height lounge acts as the heart of the home, encouraging connection and openness, while bedrooms are designed as personal sanctuaries with subtle detailing that reflects the broader design language.
